    where all lost power today?

    I hear that Walmart has lost power for a while today, I'd assume that whole shopping center was down. any other places been out today?

    It flickered here at work twice and I heard that New Peoples Bank lost power.

    I'm on the west end of Norton near the park working and the lights flickered but I didn't lose power.

    Lights flickered a couple of times here in Tacoma right about the time the rain started.
